Updates And E-file
my updates and e-file isnt going through I keep getting a 42002 error

this error can occur for the following reasons:
-Your computer's Internet connection or router may be configured incorrectly.
-Your Internet Service Provider (ISP) may be experiencing a technical problem.
-A personal firewall may be blocking communication to the Internet.
-The Intuit Update Server may be experiencing a technical problem.
