What If I Dont Have Card Yet But The Refund Is On It?

According to the IRS website my refund was deposited onto the card and I have not recieved my card yet. Will the money be on the card when I get it? I do not live near a bank they are using, is there any other way to contact Synovus Bank?

Sometimes this happens - the money is there before you get the card. You should receive the card 8-10 business days after your return was accepted. The bank is irrelevant; you can't use the money until you get the card.
