Printing Return

i did not have acces to a printer when i did my return and i need to print it out so i can mail in my illinois state return but it is telling me that i need to pay to print it out. i am wondering why i have to pay to print it out

This would be like walking out of the grocery store with a bottle of milk without paying for it. The state return is not free. You can't have the final product until you pay for it.
