2007 Nj Income Tax Return Pension Error

Received a Deficiency letter yesterday, which showed that though our IRA withdrawals & pensions were shown properly on the Federal return, only the IRA withdrawals showed up on the NJ return. Now I'm getting hit with $120 in interest & penalty. Shouldn't Intuit be responsibe? I realize that I'll have to pay the tax of $471.
