Schedule D Form

I have Turbo Tax Deluxe 2010, and have completed my return. My wife excersied employee stock options and sold stock, albeit at a loss. Do we have to fill out a schedule D form, and is it included on the Deluxe version. If not, can I upgrade to Premeir, or do I have to purchase the whole program? Thanks, Michael Lewis

You do need to fill out a Schedule D (unless the stock options were in an IRA), and yes, it is included in TurboTax Deluxe.
