Turbotax Deluxe Just Installed On Mac G4 But Won't Open?

Purchased the 2009 software. Inserted disc, dragged icon into App folder as instructed. Shows up in the Application list but doesn't open when clicked. I'm using OS X 10.3.9

2009 and 2010 required Mac OS 10.4 as a minimum operating system.
