what battery fits in the px3? Model number or something that would possibly fit

Turtle beach headsets use a Lithium battery. Unfortunately, they don't specify battery part numbers but most models seem to use around 1Ah capacity lithium polymer. You may need to remove the cushion and screws from the earpiece, then the circuit board, to get to the battery to check the size and capacity. Then you can find one online. Otherwise, take it to an electronics repair centre. Not usually a difficult repair.
