Twitter Acct Suspended, Not Sure Why. Any Ideas About Getting It Restored??

My twitter account was suspended on 11/14; I am not sure why. I have submitted a "support ticket" but have not received a response as of yet. At the time if my account was suspended, I was tweeting reminder tweets regarding our program and our fundraising events. I utilized a 3rd party app to create a list for previous tweets but had to manually add most tweet addresses since they were not automatically picked up. No tweets were sent using this app. I used a 2nd app that interfaces with outlook. Ultimately sent tweets using outlook since it was easier to copy and paste the tweet that had one link to our facebook page. There were 2 types of tweets being sent. Opened another tweet account last night because I have to get the reminders out. After 40 tweets this account was suspended. Again, not sure why. i need some advice as to how to expedite getting both accounts restored asap so that I can finish my tweets to the NFL. Also, please advise what I may be doing wrong. I read the best practices and rules; I don't think I am doing anything that is prohibited. please note that I am not following a lot of folks either; I am also a new twitter user!
