How Do I Put In A Complaint About A Ups Driver?

We are Hunterdon Medical Center which has construction going on in the front of the hospital and the UPS driver pulls up to front door area and expects to be able to leave his truck there unattended. When the Guest Relations Rep at the front door asks him to move the truck and tells him where he can park it, the driver drove the truck fast through that area and parked it in one of the HANDICAP parking spaces. The license plate is: XU46PK and the number on the side of the truck near the door is 809039. Please speak to this driver and ask him to respect our patients/visitors who may need to utilize the HANDICAP parking space as well as driving slower through our front parking area which is under construction.
