My Package Was Left At A Non Existent Address,

I put 1214 NW 18th Ave instead of 1214 NW 19th ave. and the UPS truck driver delivered the said package to the 18th ave address, but the sad thing is that address isnot a address there is no house business or anything on nw 18th ave with that address, so how could the driver even consider leaving my family quilt packge at the wrong address. And how does he not know where he left it cause he had to know that the address did not match the package.
