Pick Up In Uk,ship To Usa

I want to arrange to have an item which I've purchased on ebay picked up in UK and delivered to me in USA.How can I arrange this? I think the item weighs about 50 lbs. and the box will probably be about the size ink jet printer carton.Can you help me with this?
