My Pkg. Wasn't Delivered Today As Promised...
Missed the original Tuesday, August 17 scheduled delivery of pkg. Called customer service and told them we would be out of town..until August 29th...They said the pkg would be held and not sent pkg. to shipper. And that it would be delivered on Monday, August 30th, we waited all day and the pkg. didn't arrive...Don't have the original tracking number...It was a telephone that has to be signed for, we are told, even though we checked leave pkg.-without signature. No one will be home this Tuesday or Wednesday as we thought it would be here today...Don't want it sent back to shipper.Your help would be appreciated...Can a note with our signature be left at the front door so that the pkg. can be left? If not...what should be done.
