Wrong Address For Delivery

I received a PKG that doesn't belong to me. It has my address but a different name. Can u pick this up?

Call 1-800-742-5877 (1-800-PICK-UPS). Press 0 a few times and you will get a agent. Once there explain your issue and ask to speak with the local delivery center. After that is done they will tell you that you will get a phone call back from the local delivery center and from there you can explain your issue.
