Who Do I Call To Give Our Unit Number To Re-deliver Our Package

The unit number was missing from the address given by the shipper and the tracking info says they tried to deliver it but now it is in 'Exception' We want to contact UPS as soon as possible to give the complete info. We need our package right away. Thank you.
