Credit Owed, Waiting....
I've been charged false overages. Customer service acknowledges this, and I was told a credit would be applied within 24 hours. That was three weeks ago. Right now my "past due balance" that is owed no later than the 19th is less than what I am owed. In fact, by the 19th, I will have paid US Cell over $800 in a five week period, or you'll shut me off. You have my money. You know I deserve half od it back. You shut me off if I don't give you my money. So.... when do I get my money BACK that you wrongly charged me for? I need this resolved ASAP or I'll happily pay the early termination fee and go elsewhere. I've been with you 10+ years.
