Why Call It Customer Service? Far From It.
Why Do They Make It So Hard To Get Through To Customer Service? I Read The Chart. The Amount Of Time They Allow Before The Let You Even Talk To Customer Service. I Kind Of Get That, But I Think A Lot Of Problems Could Be Resolved Faster If Two Poeple Actually Talked. Even After I Was Allowed To Talk To Someone, The Package Was Sent To The Wrong Address. It Was A Matter Of The Last Digit Being Wrong. We Disccused That And She Told Me It Would Be Delivered In A Day Or Two More. The Package Was Mailed 0n The 19th. It`s Almost New Years. Go Figure.
