Letter That I Got Today, Feb 14, 2014
The letter is in my exact name: Harvey J. Epstein, 2665 Homecrest Avenue - Apt 3X - Brooklyn, Ny 11235-4560. The letter was not put into my mail box..It was left on the shelf outside the mailboxes. It's unacceptable..I do not know if it was the regular carrier who delivered today?
