I Live In Thailand, And Have Ordered An Item From The Us. This Company Uses Usp

I have followed the tracking no, and the goods are now in Thailand, apparently they tried to deliver to my door, I was not at home at the time. Since I used both my PO box no and street address went to the post office thinking it would be there. How to finally get hold of my package?
