Usps International Mail To India

Hi, I have sent an international mail to India on Jan31st 2014, through USPS International Priority mail(First Class) service...They said it will take 6 - 10 days to reach the destination....Its been more than two weeks, still my mail is going around USPS sort facility within United States..By Feb16, 2014 I'm seeing the status update as Depart USPS Sort Facility in Los Angeles, CA... If i call the USPS customer service, they are not providing the proper tracking data on when it will reach the destination..Even the Post office person also cant say anything about the mail sent...Its really disgusting experience with the USPS service... I dont want to send this mail, is it anyway I can get it back....Can Someone help me how to get my mail back to my address?

What you've done already—phoning USPS customer service—is correct. As you're not satisfied with the response, you have the recourse of speaking to a supervisor, and that's what I advise. Call the same number, 800-ASK-USPS.

It's unlikely you can receive other help, but you can complain to:
