Not Delivered Yet

Dear Sir I have mailed a package from Grece on September the 30th.It was registered/signed and its trucking number is RE113089239GR. It is not yet delivered and when i called Greek postal office they assured me the package left from Greece on Otober the 1st and its dispatch number is 3200. Can you plese help me with this issue?
