Late Delivery Of Express Mail

I need to talk to someone who can help me locate where my package is that was to be delivered today.  All I can talk to is an automated person who tells me my pkg. was in Knoxville, Tn at !! today and is in transit.  This must be delivered today.  Please help!  My invoice number is EG478526254US
