I Couldn't Get My Coupon Rebate Offer.

Hi,I board my cab from DCA airport to md using amex credit card and I was using my coupon as 'AMEXAIRPORT'. It was continuously throwing error. I was in a hurry so I needed to book it by paying money whereas it should be absolutely free as per the coupon discount. Please advise.Thanks,Deepak

If you didn't use your coupon, for whatever reason, it's doubtful that Uber will give you retroactive credit. To try for it--or perhaps an alternate resolution--write [email protected] and if you want a call, include your phone number (Uber promises to phone you).
