Hello, there is no physical office in Columbus, but you can probably get a ride any time of the day, as long as there is an Uber driver in the area who is available.

I believe there is a physical office in columbus for uber customer service. This should be it: 1127 N High St, Columbus, OH 43201. You might want to go there to find out the times OR mail them at [email protected]
