How To Get Connected To An Actual Driver To Make Certain Of A Ride
I find it difficult to be siure of a ride ....being certain is the issue.

Death and taxes are certain--with anything else you do take a bit of a chance. However, when your request is accepted by a Uber driver the app will display your driver's name, photo, vehicle make, model, and plate number, and the driver knows this. So it's very unlikely you'll be disappointed (and you'll have the details for a complaint, if necessary).
