Free Rides

I've been texting out my code to family & friends to use for free rides. I'm not getting credited free rides to my account when they use Uber. This past week definitely know of three people who used the code & showed me where the trip says the ride came from me. But I've only receive 1 free trip to my account. Why is this ??

As you may have discovered already, Uber does not accept phone inquiries mad at the number given. Instead, write [email protected] and if you want a call include your phone number.

I suggest you contact Uber customer service at 866-576-1039 for assistance in resolving the credit issue..
