what happens if I don't have enough time to complete the round trip ride that a customer has requested..IE if its a few hours round trip?

Asking Uber is a good idea, but calling the number given won't help you. (Uber does not respond to such calls.) Instead, write [email protected] and if you want a call include your phone number.
