Uber Customer Status

Right now I am a very angry Mom, my daughter has been using your service for quite some time. However, in December, she was unable to obtain an uber car. you stated that she had not paid her bill. We found that to be incorrect of course. We checked with Paypal and they confirmed that her bill was paid on time and without a problem. She has e-mailed your service and you have also confirmed that the problem has been resolved, and NO it was not my daughters fault. However, everytime she calls your service you deny her a ride. As a Mother, with a young daughter, you know where this is headed. I have told my daughter to make sure her friends know about your customer service, and if they make me I will start letting my friends know through facebook, that uber does not have good customer service, and we have young girls left on the street after being denied a ride, due to the companies error. YES I AM PISSED. If you are going to run a business, do it professionally, and not half You need to look into my daughters account once again and don't just give a half assed answer and not fix the problem. We have done everything the correct way and tried to handle this in a professional manner, but it appears that the company we are dealing with is not professional.
