I Have Been Charged $15 For A $6 Trip Today
So I was pinning my address in the UBER APP's GPS, I was literally just standing outside CVS Pharmacy. I called and the driver said she was directed to (515 West Johnston Ave.) where she was at that time, and so she started the trip without me in the car trying to find her way to where she just dropped me off 10mins ago (because she also happens to be the one who dropped me off there). You see, I was charged TWICE just because of the app's failure to pin my exact location. I have been a regular and loyal Uber user for 6 months now and I hope this is the last disappointment I get from this company. Hoping to get a response AND a refund.-A. Rose, Hemet, CA 92585
