See Uber's solution at https://help.uber.com/riders/article/my-account-has-an-unrecognized-charge?nodeId=fe547761-4384-42d4-8531-4cfb0e0e523e. You can also challenge the charge with your bank, but you will probably want first to give Uber a reasonable time to resolve (after you use the form on the bottom).
