I Need To Talk To Customer Service About A Lost Gift Card.

I purchased a $100. Gift card from Uber for my mothers 75th birthday and it was accidently left in a rental car. Amazon was able to provide me with the serial number and I'd like to see if Uber could cancel that card (if not already used by the person who found it) and issue another. They don't seem to have any customer support

Uber offers essentially no phone support, as you've observed. Your best bet is to submit the form at https://help.uber.com/h/76bc46e3-a524-4fa4-9517-eeef9fbc9f9b. Good luck!
