We Need To Talk To Someone- Email Responses Are Not Addressing Any Of Our Questi
I left my phone in an uber car. After 7 messages, uber has not contacted the driver about my phone. Is any live person reading these messages or a machine? Very disappointed.

You may be confusing us (an independent help site) with Uber. Currently, the only customer support Uber offers is via https://help.uber.com/. If as I suspect that's where you left your "7 messages," I'm afraid that's the best you can do, at least through regular channels. The only other recourse to which I can direct you is an email directed to CEO Travis Kalanick at [email protected]. Good luck!
