I Cannot Use Uber. Your System Does Not Recognized My Password/cell Phone#

1. I've found that typing the information by hand (rather than using the system clipboard or a password manager to enter it) will often solve.
2. It's possible the problem is on your end. If so, follow the steps I've put at the bottom.
3. Asking Uber may possibly be productive as a last resort, but calling the number given won't help you. (Uber does not respond to such calls.) Instead, write [email protected] and if you want a call include your phone number.
In case the problem is on your end:
a. Clear your cache. You'll find specific instructions for your particular browser at http://www.refreshyourcache.com/. Clearing cookies also could help, so you may want to do both. If the problem is not solved...
b. Restart your computer. If the problem is not solved...
c. It may be necessary to update your browser (or even to switch browsers, in the worst case); links for updating various browsers may be found on this Facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/help.php?page=742
