Trying desperately to get a uber cab. but cant sign up. it said send a verification code but there was no place to put it!Why can't a rep phone me and get me through this tortuous process of signing up on my first day? e.g. you talk of verification code, send it, but then don't put a place to put it !!! Haven't you thought of that? I heard you were successful as a company. So it doesn't make sense. As an MBA I think you must take great care with your signing in process. Especially with vocab and instructions. It all has to match up. I should charge you, the company board, for my advice!Can't sign up. No facility to speak to anyone from UBER. You call that service?! It's almost unbelievable, at least for me.
