Where Is My Order

On 4-26-2013 I Placed Order No.96660 And Since Then I Have Sent Three E-mails To Ask For Shipping Info. And Have Not Received Any Response As To When You Will Ship Or If So When Did You Ship. I Paid Via Pay Pal For Your Invoice No.412903-205919.it Has Been More Than Two Weeks Since I Placed The Order And I Have Not Received It. Could Someone From There Please Let Me Know What  Is Happening,thanks
