Credit For Canceled Reservation

I had to cancel a 9/1/2011 ROC-BKK-ROC reservation due to illness. I understand that the rebooking fee may be waived with appropriate medical documentation. The original reservation was booked 8/1/2011. What is my deadline for rebooking? Thank you, Thomas Schumacher
