When Will I Receive The E-mail Confirmation Of,my Cancellation??

i contacted travelocity via telephone on 2/19/14 @6:45 cst to cancel my ticket (itinerary ) i was told i would receive an E-Mail confirm this call and the information given, within 2-3 minutes. it is now 29 hours later and still no confirmation E-Mail. Please assist.. william richardson husband of Janet C. Richardson the traveler.
