Ticket Changes Charges Why Not Refletcs On Ticket?

I have changed my ticket dates two times on my ticket it is showing NOADC. But my agent has charged me 120 euro two times. and he said it will not comes on ticket. is it correct please clarify. Thanks Anil Nemade
