Customer Service Complaint
I want the contact info to report a recent transaction involving disgusting customer service and treatment

You can contact United Airlines Customer Service a couple of ways. I have found the best to be through the website www.united.com..... Select Customer Service at the top of the screen. Then select submit a question. Fill out the on-line form and submit it. The second option is to call United Airlines Customer Service at 1-800-864-8331. The phone number is also show on the website in the customer service section. To get to a live agent speak the word "agent" each time you are prompted to make a slection. Eventually, the system will give up and ask if you want to speak to an agent. At that point press the "#" key until the system again gives up and transfers you to a live agent.
