Lost Passport For Unaccompanied Minor

United has been made aware that my son's passport is lost - the flight attendant has lost it. Despite me going to Newark Airport two times in person and calling United numerous times and getting shuffled from one number to another number (usually ending into a voice-mail message) no one from United is contacting me.
