My husband and I booked our ticket, went to buy by Western Union and the clerk could not find you in the systems! Please help we want to pay!

I've worked with the airlines for years and I have no idea how to purchase a ticket via Western Union. Your best bet would be to purchase a prepaid VISA card and use that to purcase the tickets either online or with an agent over the telephone. It would be much simpler than trying to use Western Union.
