United Air Lines, We Would Like To Speak To Someone Who Is In The Us

We locked a overseas ticket with one credit card under my wife's name. My daughter is the one that will fly and use her credit card. India doesnt have a clue? they dont understand and cannot tell us what to do on how to switch credit cards?
