Where's My Baggage?

FLEW INTO SFO FROM DULLES ON 12-20, FLIGHT TO RDD CANCELLED. COULDN'T GET BAGGAGE, WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE ON NEXT FLIGHT TO RDD. SEVERAL FLIGHTS INTO RDD BY NOW AND NO BAGGAGE. WHERE IS IT? I HAVE CALLED SEVERAL NUMBERS, SPOKEN TO VARIOUS NON ENGLISH SPEAKING PERSONS AND STILL NO BAGGAGE. I NEED BY BAGGAGE.
