Hurricane In Dc - Cancel/postpone Reservation Without Penalty?

Hi, I wish to cancel/postpone my flight to the D.C. area because of the hurricane warning in the D.C. area. I purchased the tickets with my miles. Can I do this without penalty?

There is a $150 fee to change/cancel reservations. You will usually recieve a voucher for another flight, rather than cash back. If you change your flight (rather than cancel), you will have to pay for any differnce in price between the old and new fares.
