Refund Of Economy Plus Seat

In February 2012 i changed he date on oneway mileage ticket L3J4NW from 10/31 to 11/14. I had purchased an upgrade for the 10/31 ticket. I was told by the agent I need to buy another upgrade for the 11/14 ticket and then ask for a refund for the upgrade on the 10/31 ticket. I have applied online for a refund 3 times and so far nothing has happened. - The number of the charge is EDD 01640604625240 for $99. I have tried to call but the wait times are usually over 25 minutes so I think that is not maybe the best way to go. Thanks for your help. Eva MarshFerziger
