Res Ua/ Nyh4jl Ua 3920 To Washington Name Else Beth Trautner

    Sir! My wife Else Beth Trautner is in Buffalo NY  scheduled with UA 3920  on res #  UA/NYH4JL to be able to connect home to Copenhagen Denmark. First the fligth was delayed and now cancelled. Although a very old  and loyal frequent business flyer in Star Alliance ( SK EBG 000203232) she has recieved  the most unusual and extremely low substandard service from the local UA  reps in order to be re -booked to get back to Europe to her family as we have a large family gathering tomorrow evening with her as center.   The only function that has been helpful so far is the 2 kind ladies in the check in function where she went back to as tha othe reps has been totally unhelpful even in their basic attitudes. Until now those 2 kin ladies are the only reps of UA that  has showed a wish to assist. Things can happen in air transport business and w eboth accept that. We are both business flyers  for many years in our global organisations and have been using Star Alliance partners in the perception that needed help would be of value in exactly this kind of situations. but we have never experienced such low level of information , such low level of service , such demonstration of lack of willingness to assist in a troubled situation. I would appreciate if You could 1)assist my Wife in Buffalo NY as the local UA staff seemingly iare not capable of doing so . A bit of inspiration would probably  be of great help. 2) when this over could You kindly create a direct personal contact  to Your global customer management  so we could have a dialogue with them  if our employees  should continue using  Star alliance partners including UA.
