What Is Phoenix Direct Hospital Network And How Do I Reach Them By Telephone?

United Healthcare offered a Medicare Advantage plan called Lifeprint. Sometime later in 2014 UHC asked health care providers to switch to a plan called Phoenix Direct Hospital Network. We have been given phone numbers to reach them, but they are not reachable. There is an internal UHC barrier intended to prevent any access to Phoenix Direct Hospital Network. This barrier allows company representatives to truthfully say they cannot help resolve a billing or payment issue. Every UHC phone number (in service) will reach a representative outside the barrier. No phone numbers are available for representatives inside the Phoenix Direct Hospital Network barrier.
