I Have Requested Cancellation From A Paid Reservation And The Owner Will Not Rea
I have requested cancellation and refund for a paid reservation and the owner will not respond. I have sent multiple messages, emails and voicemails. The deadline for full refund is june 1,2019, I requested the cancellation on April 1, 2019. How can I get my refund if the owner won't respind

VRBO says you must allow the owner 14 days. By that time, your refund should have posted to your bank account. If not, turn to VRBO: use the contact information at https://www.contacthelp.com/vrbo/customer-service. More at https://help.vrbo.com/articles/Can-I-receive-a-refund-for-my-cancelled-reservation.
