I Have Multiple Games Installed On My Steam Account, 3 Of Which Will Not Open.

I have multiple games installed on my Steam account, 3 of which will not open. I click play game and a notice pops up saying preparing to launch. Next to the game it says running, then syncing, then the game doesn't open. (Depth, A Story About My Uncle, and Goat Simulator are the games that do not open.) I have checked task manager but it shows no evidence of the game running. I have tried uninstalling steam and the games and reinstalling everything but that hasn't worked. I have removed and downloads that may cause problems with steam (that i know of). I have done everything i can think of, but nothing has worked. Some of my games open such as Garry's Mod or CSGO, but I don't understand why the others won't open. Please help. Thank you.

Sorry for your problems. It's possible the problem is on your end. In case it is, follow these numbered steps:

Make sure you haven't disabled any scripts, and then
Clear your cache. You'll find specific instructions for your particular browser at http://www.refreshyourcache.com/. Clearing cookies also could help, so you may want to do both. If the problem is not solved...
Restart your computer. If the problem is not solved...
