Do You Throttle Your Internet Services?

I have been trying for a month to get someone to fix my DSL line back to the way it was. The connectivity is extremely slow, and streaming videos is next to impossible. It was working great up until about 3 weeks ago. They have had someone come out and test the line, etc. It will work okay for a few days then goes right back to having issues. Who can take care of this for me?

Hello, I used to have a similar issue with my DSL service. Verizon told me it was because my home was too far from their central station (which of course they never told me when I signed up for the DSL service). Unless you want to switch Internet service providers, you'll need to go through Verizon support to get a resolution. They used to have a client care team that would monitor your request/complaint and follow through, but I don't know if they still do that.
