Hello, unfortunately HelpOwl is not a part of Verizon. You'll have to request help from Verizon directly. You can do that online here:

https://www.verizon.com/Support/Residential/contact-us/homepage.htm

From that page, click on the button for Phone Issues (toward the middle of the page). If you have FiOS Digital Voice or FiOS Voice, select that option now. If you have "regular" phone service (copper / analog / non-digital) you should still select one of the other two options to get to the online support. Then select Dial Tone or Call Quality Issue.

Now you should see a button labeled Live Chat... select that button and you will be connected online to a Verizon customer service agent. If you click Live Chat and a new window doesn't pop up, make sure you have pop-ups allowed in your browser, otherwise the chat won't be able to work.
